Inside the Plushie Palace and Pub, a strange cat-eared individual was taking a deep breath and sighing happily as he looked around and saw a few dozen kids and plushies sitting around.

"Tell us another story!"

"Yeah, come on, tell us!"

Tybalt twitched his cat ears as he smiled.  "All right, all right, but only one more.  I have to get back to my place afterwards, so keep your gloves on!"

The kids and plushies gave a chuckle as they looked up at Tybalt.  The smiling cat-like man sighed as he leaned back.  "Well, once upon a time, there was a little cat-boy... who had cat ears just like mine... only a little shorter.  Nobody knew where he came from or... why he was what he was.  In the world he lived in, anybody with cat ears or a tail is considered an 'outcast'."

"Oh..." A little girl gave a sniffle.

"He got separated from his family when he was a little baby, so he grew up in the world for the first couple of years not knowing what he was or why those ears were attached to his hair." Tybalt explained as he looked down.  "In a crazy world such as the world I'm from, nobody took kindly to people with cat ears... found it too strange.  That's why he often hid his ears under a cap."

"Oh my gosh..." One of the plushies said, saddened as it looked up at Tybalt.

"Well, believe it or not, there were a few people who were willing to accept the boy for who he was... an older boy who saw the younger boy and felt sorry for him.  The older boy took him in and had the younger boy meet the older boy's family..." Tybalt explained.

"...and did the boy's family accept the ears on the younger boy the older boy took in?" A boy asked, curious.

Tybalt paused to think about it.  "Well... I suppose so.  The older boy's parents weren't... quite so fond of the younger boy at first.  However, after a couple of days, the parents of that older boy eventually came to love that younger kid, and adopted him.  For you see, they had heard of a legend."

"A legend?" Another plushie asked.

"That's right, a legend." Tybalt chuckled.  "It was written in a prophecy somewhere that one day, this young boy will grow up and try to stop an evil demon who would rise from her grave and conquer the world."

"Wow..." All the kids said as their eyes shined in delight.

"The parents of that older boy didn't know about whether that younger boy was the legend in the prophecy, but they decided to adopt the younger boy into his family... in a couple of years, they learned to love the young boy... even the older boy looked to him as a younger brother..."

"What happened next?" The boy asked.

Before Tybalt could say anything, his watch beeped.  He looked down at it and his eyebrows raised.  "Oh, I'm sorry, kids and plushies, I'm afraid we're out of time."

"Awww..." The kids looked down in disappointment.

Tybalt only gave a smile as he said, "Hey, don't you worry!  Come back here tomorrow at the same time and the same place, and maybe I'll continue my story from here!"

The kids cheered as did the plushies as Tybalt got up and smiled.  "See you tomorrow, kids."

Tybalt gave a smile as he walked out and took a deep breath, giving a sigh.  He then turned to see Danglars, his brown haired, red shirted brother coming up, looking at his iPhone in confusion.

"Hey, Dang!" Tybalt smiled as Danglars looked up.  Danglars then frowned.

"I was looking for you, Ty!  Where were you today?" Danglars asked.

"I was doing some story telling for the kids and plushies.  I just told a really good story about a legend and a little boy with cat ears who was taken in by an older boy... kind of like me and you!" Tybalt gave a smile.

Danglars couldn't help but give a warm smile at that... before shaking his head.  "You wouldn't believe the weird day I had, Ty!"

"Really?" Tybalt asked as he lifted up his left cat ear and made it larger.  "Go ahead and tell me, I'm all ears."

"Well, would you believe that when I went to this fun-porium, I saw this green haired kid coming out of the owner's fez?" Danglars asked as he and Tybalt started walking off together.

"No way... really?" Tybalt asked in curiosity.

"Yeah..." Danglars chuckled as the two of them started going off.  "It went on like this, you see..."

As Danglars and Tybalt kept walking down the street, heading off towards home, they were completely unaware that someone was keeping a close eye on them.

The person's eyes narrowed as she gave a chuckle.  "So... these two are my next targets huh?  This is going to be a little... interesting..."
SURPRISE, MOTHERBUZZERS!  I have an entry for the EA-LEC, or the :iconea-lec:, to be precise!  You guys thought I forgot about the entire place, but no.  Honestly, I've just been doing a lot of fan-fiction lately.  But now I'm back, and hopefully, this'll mean more frequent appearances from time to time!

Anyway, this is my prompt entry for :iconea-lec:, and this week's prompt is Legends!  Fables!  Folktales!  I figured I'd have Tybalt tell the stories here!

By the way, in case you were wondering about Danglars's reference to a weird day and a kid with green hair... well, that is a little reference to :iconssbfreak:'s entry to Khall VS cRaZyKiD.  You can read it here: ssbfreak.deviantart.com/art/EA…

So anyway, yep, Danglars and Tybalt are back, folks!

There is a reason I'm going back to their plot, though... the reason, eh, I'll save it for another time, maybe next week's prompt!

XP goes to Tybalt.

ANYWAY...

Danglars and Tybalt belong to me.

The Plushie Palace and Pub belongs to :icongreenfrostfire:!
